What it tastes like

Azacca (ADHA 483) is a bold tropical and citrus aroma hop — mango, papaya, orange and grapefruit — with high alpha that lets it both bitter and pack a fruity punch. It is a favorite for juicy, fruit-forward IPAs and pale ales.

Tasting Tip
Azacca rewards late and dry-hop additions — that's where its mango-and-citrus tropical character really blooms.

Freshness Note
Like most tropical aroma hops, Azacca is best fresh; cold, sealed storage protects its mango-papaya punch.
