Idaho 7
Apricot-and-orange Idaho proprietary aroma hop.
What it tastes like
Bred by Mill 95 in Idaho, Idaho 7 brings apricot, orange, papaya, and a soft pine resin character. It plays a similar role to Mosaic — a 'complete aroma' hop that can carry a beer on its own. Increasingly common in West Coast IPAs and pales.

Tasting Tip
Idaho 7 single-hop beers are increasingly common — they're a great way to taste the hop's full range without other varieties competing.Beers showcasing Idaho 7
