Green clone recipe

Tree House's all-Citra showcase. Where Julius blends Citra with Mosaic and Galaxy, Green is the same brewery's commitment to showing what Citra can do alone. Released year-round in limited quantities, it's one of the most-traveled-for beers in American craft.

About this beer

Green is a tutorial in what Citra is. With nothing else competing, the hop's full profile comes through: grapefruit, lime peel, passionfruit, mango, a hint of dank. The grist is similar to Julius — oat-and-wheat heavy — but with even more dry-hop volume relative to Julius. Drink within 21 days.
