What it tastes like

Galaxy is technically Australian but is grown widely in the US under license. It's one of the most aromatic hops on the planet — passionfruit, peach, citrus zest, and a soft tropical sweetness. Hazy IPAs lean on Galaxy heavily because it pairs perfectly with Citra.

Tasting Tip
Galaxy + Citra is one of the most reliable pairings in modern hazy IPA. The two together produce more passionfruit-tropical character than either does alone.
